Each Mono Petal Bomber is crafted from vintage deadstock MA-1 flight jackets, originally produced for the U.S. market in the 1990s but never released or worn. Sourced from a rare auction find, these jackets are completely unused, offering the crisp structure and authentic detailing of a true archival MA-1.
Our Mono Petals are cut from the offcuts of the Vintage Military Sleeping Bag Covers we use to make the Mili Trou - giving new life to remnants that would otherwise go unused. Every petal is individually hand-sewn onto the jacket and finished with recycled glass beads.
The flowers are intentionally designed to subtly fray slowly over time, mirroring the gentle, natural decomposition of a real bloom and allowing your jacket to develop a soft, organic character as it ages.
A timeless silhouette, rebuilt with sentiment, history, and handwork.
