Do you ship globally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location. You can see the exact shipping cost during checkout.
I placed my order a little while ago but haven’t heard anything.
Your item is likely Made to Order, and we’re working hard on it! If you’d like a specific update on its production, please feel free to get in touch—we’re happy to help.
What does “Made to Order” mean?
“Made to Order” means that each item is crafted specifically for you only after your order is placed.
Sustainability: By creating each piece only after it’s purchased, we ensure that nothing goes unused.
Size Inclusivity: Our FO Baggy series offers over 70 size variations, something we can achieve only through our bespoke, Made to Order process.
How we do it: Once you place an order, we begin crafting your item from pre-loved materials, each piece thoughtfully created with care and attention to detail.
How long will it take? Since each item is made specifically for you, it usually takes us 2-4 weeks to ship these items. This allows us the time to ensure each piece is crafted with the care and attention it deserves. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information.
I don’t know my size! How can I find out?
Each product page has a dedicated size guide to help you choose the best fit. If you’re still unsure about sizing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, and we’ll be happy to assist!

What is upcycling?
Upcycling is the process of transforming old, unused, or discarded materials into something new. Unlike recycling, which breaks materials down to create something different, upcycling retains and enhances the original materials, giving them a second life.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the progress of your package.
When can I expect a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience!
I used an incorrect address, can I change it?
If you realise that you’ve entered the wrong address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address. If the order is already in transit, unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address at that point.
Can I return Made to Order items?
As our items are made to order, returns are only accepted under specific circumstances. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on our conditions.
