Do you ship worldwide?
Yep.
We ship pretty much everywhere. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on where you are, but you’ll see the exact price at checkout before you place your order, or you can check here.
I placed an order and haven’t heard anything. Is everything okay?
Probably!
All of our pieces are made to order, which means they’re made specifically for you after you place your order.
If it’s been a little while and you’d like an update, just drop us an email. We’re always happy to let you know where things are at.
What does “Made to Order” actually mean?
It means we don’t make your garment until you order it.
Most brands make hundreds of pieces and hope they sell. We do the opposite.
Once your order comes through, we hand-select the materials, cut the pattern, sew the garment, finish it, pack it, and send it off to its new home.
It’s slower, but it means less waste, more size options, and a piece that’s made specifically for you.
Most made-to-order items take around 3-5 weeks to ship.
Why does it take 3-5 weeks?
Because we’re making your clothes, not picking them from a warehouse shelf.
Everything is cut, sewn, finished, pressed and packed in our London studio after you order.
Good things take a little longer.
I don’t know my size.
You’re not alone.
Most people don’t actually know their measurements, and modern clothing sizes vary wildly between brands.
Each product page has a size guide, but if you’re still unsure, send us a message and we’ll work together to help you figure it out.
My size isn’t listed.

We believe everyone should be able to wear Joshua Samuels, and because we make things to order, we’re often able to accommodate sizes that aren’t listed on the website.
What is upcycling?
Upcycling is giving existing materials a second life.
Rather than creating new fabric from scratch, we work with pre-loved garments and textiles, transforming them into something new.
It’s better for the planet, and it means every piece carries a little bit of history with it.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our studio, you’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking information.
If you haven’t received one yet, your order is probably still being made.
I entered the wrong address.
Email us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it.
Once it’s already in transit, we’re unfortunately limited by the shipping carrier.
Can I return a Made to Order item?
Because our garments are made specifically for each customer, made-to-order items are generally non-returnable.
