Refund policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL with exceptions to the following conditions:

1. The item arrived damaged upon receipt of shipment.

2. The wrong item or size was received.

Due to the Made to Order nature of our garments, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind or fit preferences. Each piece is crafted specifically after purchase, ensuring a thoughtful and sustainable approach to fashion.


ABOUT OUR GARMENTS

Every item we create is made using carefully sourced vintage garments. As such, pieces may feature signs of wear, stains, blemishes, or visible mending. These details are not defects but a testament to the history and character of the garment- patina is an intentional part of our design process that embraces sustainability and individuality.

Additionally, due to the upcycled nature of our materials - colour, tone, and texture may vary from the product images shown. Each item is one-of-a-kind, and these variations are not considered grounds for a return or refund.


MEASUREMENT ACCURACY

For Bespoke Made to Order items (such as our FO Baggy range), we maintain strict quality control. If the measurements of your item deviate by more than +/-3% from the size ordered, you are eligible for a refund. Otherwise, fit issues due to personal preference do not qualify.


HOW TO REPORT AN ISSUE

Customers have 30 days from the date of package receipt to report an issue. Each case will be reviewed individually, and not all disputes will result in a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with a filled in returns form. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response.
